The breakfast was perfect, the classic italian breakfast, the people from the caffeteria very kind. It s a very nice idea to have the breakfast in a nice place, very close from the location.

the suite was very spacious, tastefully furnished and clean

the bathroom was a quite tiny compared to the rest of the suite with limted storage space

Really beautiful and feeling luxurious, clean place just around the corner from harbour

Only minus from quite late check in time and really early check out time.

Very modern, comfortable and nicely decorated. Great location to visit Ortigia. The breakfast voucher was for an amazing caffe close by, but we always had to pay a bit extra (voucher is only 5eur each and if you sit at the caffe you pay 1eur servizio). Staff is attentive (we had a small issue with light going off and problem was solved within an hour) but they only speak English by text message.

Lack of windows/natural light.
