UAOur stay at Berrak Otel was deeply disappointing and not worth the price. 1. Overpriced: The listed price on Booking.com was $68.50, but the hotel’s reception displayed €50 for the same room type. Despite raising the issue with the manager, they refused to refund the difference, claiming the information was “outdated.” 2. Poor Room Conditions: The room had an unbearable cigarette smell, and there were no options to choose between smoking or non-smoking rooms on the listing. 3. Basic Amenities Missing: At this price point, there was only 1 0,5L complimentary bottled water and 1 full-sized towel provided. 4. Maintenance Issues: The sink drain was clogged, and the room, along with the hotel itself, felt old, dusty, and neglected.
