"I booked and paid for the place. 2 hours later they cancelled it and they still haven't refunded me."

I booked the place and paid for it on Saturday 10 May 2025 around 16:00. The host on the listed number asked me to send proof of payment and after I did that, he confirmed my payment and we agreed we will meet after just over an hour so that he can give me the keys to the place. Around 18:12, I received whatsapp notification from the contact person notifying me that the house is fully booked and I will be refunded on Monday by 10 am. It has now been two weeks and I still haven't seen my refund as yet. I have been following up everyday since and I keep getting lied to. I'm always told I will get my refund the following day but I still haven't been paid up until now.
