Большие, удобные апартаменты. Есть все необходимое. Вид с террасы просто потрясающий!!! Доброжелательный владелец.

Отсутствие собственного парковочного места

Zeer fijn en schoon appartement, met ontzettend mooi panoramabalkon! Heerlijk voor het ontbijt om te genieten wat er op het water gebeurt of om een drankje te doen en om 's avonds te zitten en dan van de zichtbare sterren te genieten. Gelegen in een fijn en rustig gedeelte vlakbij de zee (20 meter), met tal van leuke restaurants zodra je de deur uitloopt. En bovendien op loopafstand van supermarkten en de oude stad. Topplek!

Het zou fijn zijn als de slang van de douche langer is. Nu moet je in bad zittend douchen. En 1 van de 2 slaapkamers heeft geen airconditioning. Maar dat valt compleet in het niet (het went...) bij al het andere waarvan het appartement je elke dag laat genieten! Oh ja, vraag van tevoren wel naar het adres! Dat ligt in een heel ander gedeelte van de stad dan het adres dat Booking.com vermeldt!

Great location, great view

The house was very cluttered with too much of the owner’s belongings and other stuff. The kitchen cabinets and freezer again were filled with too many things and confusing. The pillows were old and not comfortable.

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location, just 10 mins walk from Old Town but in a slightly quieter area. Everything you need is nearby, supermarkets, ATMs, bayside bars and great walks. Ivan was an amazing host who couldn't have been more helpful, including finding a more reasonably priced airport taxi for us. The apartment was huge, with two double bedrooms. The view from the balcony was just stunning, looking out over the bay. Ivan kindly gave us some gorgous local custard cake that was absolutely delicious. Everything was clean and worked well. There was no shower, but rather a shower hose in a jacuzzi bath, but it worked perfectly well for us and the water pressure was the best we had had all holiday!

Ev merkeze 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde ve muhteşem körfez manzarasına sahip. Ev sahibimiz çok güleryüzlüydü ve evin içinde bulunan ekipmanlar yeterliydi. Ev sahibimiz bizi kapıda karşıladı ve bize geleneksel pastalarından ikram etti. Ayrıca ihtiyaç halinde ev sahibinden tekne turundan, araçla transfere kadar çeşitli konularda bilgi alabilirsiniz.

One of the best equipped kitchens ever. The whole apartment was large and airy and very comfortable. View was amazing and the large balcony had the sun on it almost all day which made watching the boats in the bay even more special. Ivan was lovely, really friendly and responsive to messages we sent during our stay. His Mum even came by to check we were ok which was very sweet.

We liked everything but if there was one tiny suggestion we had, would be a separate shower or mount the one by the (very lovely) bath on the wall.

The location of the property is really good. The views of the Kotor bay from the balcony and the living room are amazing. The apartment is very spacious and has air conditioning.

There is no standing shower in the bathroom. Also, parking is street parking and very difficult to find. Also, the apartment is on third floor and requires to climb stairs to get to the apartment. Beds didn’t have any blankets.

Location is convenient to oldtown and is beautiful with water views. Owner was very nice and helpful. Spacious apartment.

Linens and towels, shower, and hot water didn’t stay on. Required cash payment in full upon arrival.

Well furnished large 2-bedroom apartment at first line to the sea with nice sea view terrace. Real location is ~400 meters to Kamelija shopping center, ~750 meters to the old city center of Kotor. Nothing to say more, a bottle of wine included from host :) Thanks, Ivan!

The price.. but it worth it ;) Warning for people with limited mobility - to get to the apartment you have to go up the stairs, approximately to the 3rd floor.
