Karoo Feels

Jill was a wonderful host - she has created a very special oasis for her guests. We loved the cozy cottage which she has decorated with care. The rooms are cozy and there is air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped so we could prepare our own meals. There is a braai too (but we didn't have time to use it). She left fresh milk from the dairy in the fridge for us . She also brought us delicious home made muffins! The pool was a welcome relief on those super hot days. The property is peaceful and far enough from town to be quiet, but also close enough that we could walk to the excellent shops and restaurants in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely tranquil place. I just wish we'd had more time here. Thanks for everything, Jill!

Nothing - everything was wonderful !

This awesome little apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need. It has a small living area with a kitchenette and a fridge. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and mosquito nets. Both rooms have air conditioning, which is most welcome in the Karoo. The area is peaceful and quiet, and you can only hear the birds chirping. Jill made our stay comfortable with muffins, cold water, fresh milk, and ice on a hot summer day! The pool and loungers are great for relaxing after a long trip.

Loved the layout of the two bedrooms with indoor and outdoor living area between the two. Very well suited for families with older children, but also suitable for younger families.

Jill as a host, was kind, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was lovely to have a pool to dip into as it was so hot when we arrived. Jill knows the town, so could recommend restaurants. The house was comfortable and had all we needed and was set in beautiful gardens.

We were suprised by a lot extras - fresh baked muffins, fresh milk, necessities for braai, swimming towels, books, board games, music cd's. I liked the interior and exterior decorations.

Lot to like gil went out of her way to make us feel at home . Place was clean comfortable had aircon and gas heater in the kitchen nice big showers comfortable beds and even had a nice patio to have a bbq and charcoal and firelighters provided

Nothing to dislike

We had the pleasure of staying at Karoo Feels for a few days during our visit to the beautiful town of Prince Albert. The accommodation was as advertised. Our host, Jill, was friendly, kind and gracious. Her recommendations on places to go and things to do was spot-on!!
