The drains were all blocked and smelled horrible. The beds were hard. They didn't come clean the rooms. Not at all what I expected.

"Horrendous"

There was no breakfast

Despite having booked in advance we were told we couldn't get the room we had booked because people arrived at the gate before us and got the room. There was no one to show us to the rooms except a security guard, warm water ran out in the morning before we could all bath and the lady who maintains the rooms could not be bothered. The poor security guard didn't know what to do. The rooms were cold and dirty. Room 16 smelt damp. Eight of is were squeezed into 3 rooms.
