It was misrepresented. Nobody on premise to receive you, no fro t desk, absolutely not what was represented to be. Nobody answered, no indication to ring any particular doorbell, palazzo gates locked, could not speak to anyone, what a dreadful experience and add insults to injuries NO REFUND???? Are you kidding? Do not fall for this premises, located in such a narrow street that my vehicle could not get through and on top of no parking whatsoever in the neighbourhood.
