The host is friendly and replies so quickly. The room is very clean and new decorated. If you want to stay close to the port good location.

Other room guests’ noise can interrupt you during the night if they arrive while you are sleeping. The room’s doors are opening to the same hall. So everyone should be careful about it.

The directions were accurate, and it was very easy to communicate with customer service, who were available all the time.

‏The bed was very uncomfortable, more like a sofa bed, and the price was high compared to the value, especially when compared to the other nights we had in the area.

Tasteful design, good location, quiet area, great communication with the host, reasonable price.

The matrasse was soft for us. We usually sleep on a tougher one.

Easy walk to Bari Vecchio. Recently renovated room, good size, great shower! Room has a balcony. Would have been nice to have a chair to sit on in the room (options were the bed or a stool). Everything was automated - very easy instructions to find the location and access the room. 2 options of nearby restaurants for breakfast (included).

Very clean, good communication from owners, safe, excellent location, comfortable.

This wasn’t particularly a problem for me but the walls are quite thin so requires quiet neighbouring rooms (as most places do). Perhaps a kettle in each room would be better than a noisy coffee machine in shared corridor space.
