+ Spacious room with unique design + very comfortable bed (although pillows could be more comfy) + Turkish sauna (more comfortable for 1 person at a time as the the steam "exhaustion" in the shower can be too close if you want to make it a 2 ppl experience) + few drinks (water, fanta etc.) in the mini bar + coffees and herbal teas included in the room price + pool just outside the room + seating area + just a few rooms which made it nice experience + cleaning service every 2 days (for some it is inconvenance - for us, perfect) + sound of the waves :) just wishing we could get a view as well....

Room: - it's a pity not to isolate WC from the shower area - only heating, no A/C at this time of year (end of March) - why...? it should be up to the guests and their comfort, not the calendar year. Hotel: - upper pool payable 95€ (!) extra - there was no breakfast / lunch / diner option (but there are places not too far) - direct access to the beach was closed all day - outside heating ON all the time, day or night, regardless of the weather - we wanted to enjoy the sun, not the heaters - the beach is literally just next to the hotel but behind a wall - so you can't enjoy the view (unless you pay for the upper floor pool..) - in the corridor there is an omnipresent smell of a swimming pool (but absolutely not a problem in the room) Area: - there are some construction works going on just outside the hotel which made it trickier to get there Despite all of the above we would consider going back.

- The rooms were new, modern and well-furnished. - The air conditioning was powerful. - The beds were firm but comfortable. - The items in the mini bar were included in the price of the room.

Overall, this property is WAY too expensive given the many deficiencies that I’ve explained below. - Every time we showered, the bathroom flooded. We complained twice and while they tried to fix it, they were unsucccesful. - There are floodlights next to the pool that were on ALL night and lit up our room while we were sleeping since the blinds were not edge to edge. - The neighboring property, La Marinella, played loud music until 1 AM on weekdays and later on weekends. It could be heard quite loudly in our room. - The rooms are only cleaned every other day. Victoria (the manager and possibly the owner) told us that this is because the property is not a hotel. However, when you Google the property, their own website literally refers to it as a “boutique hotel”. - The reception is staffed from 11 AM to sometime before 8 PM. When our flight landed at 8 AM, we were told to just wait until 11 AM even though we could have sat on the beach while we waited had someone been available to let us onto the property at a reasonable time. Victoria’s excuse for why the place was not staffed for longer hours was quite lame. - The exterior of the property appears half-finished, almost as if they ran out of money. - The poolside chairs are hard and uncomfortable. The neighbouring restaurant, on the other hand, has extremely comfortable chairs. - We booked this property last minute and didn’t realize that there are no decent restaurants anywhere near the hotel. This meant that we had to either bus or take a taxi every night into the main part of town, which was expensive and annoying.

super nice, spacious and well equipped room. fast check in, very good communication with manager, who was helpful to advise us with tips for dinner etc. you have free and safe parking here. it is worth to stay here and I would recommend this place. you have nice pool next to your terrace and easy access to the beach. free mini bar including also breakfast options you need.

beach access is open only from 10.00 a.m. but it was not big problem as we understand it is locked in the night for safety reasons. Location is bit far from Cagliari, but if you have car no big deal.

perfect location right on the beach with fantastic view, facilities were top class, lovely pool just outside the room and everything you could need inside the room including food & drinks and a wonderful shower. the communication and personal touch was really incredible. thank you.

no dinner or food delivery options to your room or at the hotel - plenty of snacks, breakfast and lunch in the room though. some of it is still under construction but main living area is perfect.
