Great apartment with a nice balcony. Large sitting room with the kitchen. The beach and grocery shop is only 5-8min. away. Also you can borrow a parasol for the beach.

It would be nice if the kitchen had salt, oil, coffee etc, it's a standard thing in other places in Sardinia where we were. Cable TV has only Italian programs. Smart TV would be useful for foreigners as they could stream in their language. Otherwise everything was very nice. Thank you

A wonderful sea view from the room. The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. It is a good location for people who love tranquility in a small and charming town. It's a small town, but there are all the things we needed, like several local restaurants and a grocery store. The host is so kind and helpful. She responded to our requests quickly.

The building is not equipped with an elevator. We could not use the wifi due to an internet service disruption in all local areas, not a property problem.

The warm welcome and coffee after driving across country. Spotlessly clean, equipped kitchen (for information, no oven or kettle which seems common in rentals). Good air conditioning. Large balcony overlooking the sea. Can see the moon over the sea in the evening while sitting on the couch. Beds comfortable. Washing machine. Nice quiet suburb within driving distance of beaches and town. Can have a dip in the sea from rocks across the road from the apartment. Recommendation from Elena for a good hairdresser on Via Flume, a few minutes walk. Local Coop supermarket has all of the basics, fresh bread and deli counter. Kids playground walking distance too.

The apartment is quite a blank canvas and would benefit from more artwork etc to enhance this lovely property. Another sofa too as the existing one only holds two people. Although we are impressed with Sardinia's approach to recycling, we don't think holidaymakers should be responsible for putting out rubbish night after night when paying for a rental, even the night before we left, when we had other priorities. This means that we used a lot of plastic waste bags for small amounts of waste, which isn't very sustainable. Perhaps these were recycled again...

The flat has very good location, 3 minutes to the sea. The apartment is very nice, the bed is comfortable. I enjoyed the terrace
