La modernité et le confort en général de l'appartement et son balcon. Nous étions en voiture et l'accès était loin d'être évident, Mario est venu à notre rencontre. L'emplacement du véhicule pas évident mais gratuit. Un prix correct à la nuitée. Des commerces de proximité sur le chemin du retour à l'appartement.

L'emplacement (un peu trop éloigné du centre et du bord de mer et accès pentu sur les derniers mètres). Les bavardages un peu bruyants et l'odeur de cigarettes des voisins d'à côté le soir lorsque vous êtes sur le balcon.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and is very nicely furnished and has all comforts and amenities. The staff that checked me in (Mario) was incredibly helpful and he is available for help for any problem at any time. The view from the balcony is incredibly beautiful, day and night. And most importantly the apartment has a reserved parking space included in the price. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Dobrá a klidná lokalita, parkování hned ubytování. Výhled z balkónu na město i na moře. Vybavená kuchyň. Ubytování čisté a udržované. Příjemná a milá paní ubytovatelka. Báječný pomocník paní ubytovatelky, rádi pomohli a poradili.

Man konnte das Meer vom Balkon aus sehen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, sodass man direkt wieder saubere Wäsche mit heim nehmen kann. Das Apartment ist klein und gemütlich und sehr gut sauber zu halten. Der Herr, der sich um die Wohnung gekümmert hat, war immer sofort verfügbar sobald etwas war und hat mit Händen und Füßen kommuniziert, obwohl wir nicht die selben Sprachen sprachen. Die Wohnung war relativ zentral gelegen, sodass man Stadt und Supermärkte sowie Meer relativ schnell erreichen konnte.

Man konnte Waschmaschine und Herd nicht gleichzeitig nutzen, da sonst der Strom ausfiel. Ein Teil der Nachbarn, sowie Gäste der anderen Ferienwohnungen waren zeitweise sehr laut. Je nachdem auf welchem Parkplatz man steht (die Straße zum Apartment ist extrem steil), kann es zu Problemen mit der Handbremse kommen, falls diese nicht die beste ist …

La propreté de l'appartement, studio spacieux, bien équipé, ventilateur plafonnier très silencieux , l'accueil était parfait, le parking privé est un véritable atout.
