Very good price for the location, since it's a short walk to the train station and a 12 minute bus or train ride to Venice. Very nice furnishings and a very big place.

The pull out couch was uncomfortable, but thankfully there were other blankets in a closet to put over the mattress to help thicken it.

The place is spacious and conveniently located close to Venezia Mestre station. The kitchen is well equipped, making the stay very comfortable. The host is very caring and attentive to the guests.

The rating of 9 may be a bit generous, but it reflects the effort the host clearly puts into the stay. The apartment was quite cold and would benefit from additional radiators in the rooms. Although there is air conditioning in each bedroom, there is none in the living room, which made it feel cold. The walls have no sound isolation, so noise from the neighbors is easily heard. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

Just wonderful from the check in process which actually thanks to the host could be done even earlier, thanks for that again! The appartment is big enough for a family of 4-5 people and is located just near the Mestre station which is very nice!

- you need to download an app to unlock the door - I had a few spider bites during the night
