This was an amazing find for the beginning and end of a trip around Scotland. The Resident exceeded all expectations and the staff were amazing at helping with any question we had during our stay (both times!) I would highly recommend this property for stays in Edinburgh!

"Loved the helpful staff, room was clean and very comfortable."

Centrally located, clean and very helpful staff. Staff went above and beyond.

We were put in a handicapped room, that didn’t have an enclosed shower, so I wasn’t thrilled about that.

"The best hotel"

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel was modern and newly built, offering every comfort we could ask for. It was conveniently located very close to the city center and public transportation, with plenty of great places to eat nearby. The staff was available 24/7, always kind, professional, and extremely helpful. Before our arrival, I had requested a few specific things to make our stay more comfortable, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. This was truly one of the best hotels we have stayed in across Europe. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with complimentary coffee replenished daily and a fully functional kitchenette. The view of the city was absolutely stunning. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax and rest properly. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent, making the room comfortable during both colder and warmer days. Housekeeping cleaned and refreshed the room every day, keeping everything spotless and exactly as expected. If I visit again, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. Highly recommended.
