Clean, comfortable and modern. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely coffee maker. Excellent location with spectacular views from our window. Helpful list of recommended eating places with discounts for residents. We tried two of them and both were good

Otel konum olarak New Town bölgesinde kalıyor ancak otelden her yere 15-20 dk yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Personeller çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Yıldönümümüz olduğunu söylediğimizde bizim için odamıza çok tatlı bir not bırakmışlardı. Oda da ütü bulunması büyük bir artı. Aynı şekilde oda da Nespresso makinesi ve kahvelerinin olması misafirlerini düşünen bir işletme olduğunu gösteriyor.

Oda genel olarak biraz dardı ama bu genel UK bölgesine özgü bir durum sanırım. Odaya ilk geldiğinizde oda terliği bulunmuyor, ayrıca istenmesi gerekiyor.

This was definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. Everything was perfect, from the brand-new furniture to its well-thought-out layout

If I really had to nitpick, I would have liked the option to close the shower, as water drops sometimes splashed onto the floor, but these are just minor details

Staff were really friendly and always welcomed you back on your return. Room was clean and it was quiet at night.

I didn't realize there was no food at the hotel. Didn't like having to get up and go search for breakfast. Room was quite small.and felt cramped. Had expected more of a luxury experience.
