The property was amazing! Beautiful finishes and appointments, with thoughtful details.

Plenty of room for family of 5, beautifully decorated and location was great.

They didn’t provide any soap or shampoo. Also it was a little difficult to find as google maps was not accurate and there is no sign outside.

Excellent breakfast delivered by the private gouvernante who's a specialist in local cuisine. Wonderful rooms on the first floor that can have 4 people; smaller bedroom on the ground floor if needed. The owner is very helpful upon arrival and helps with finding solutions on travel and local transportation.

Everything!!!! Beautiful Riad in the middle of Marrakech medina. Very cozy, clean and modern design. The owner was very friendly and she gave everything to make us happy and even brought us some wine 🙏🙏🙏🙏

We loved the whole property. It was very spacious, had an incredible view, and our boys especially loved the plunge pool!

The Riad itself is beautiful. The property has potential to be a great experience if the management is improved. Unfortunately, most of our negative experience came from our communication with the management as they were unwilling to be accommodating or provide basic amenities.

• Both sinks were clogged on our first day, which was very inconvenient. • The Riad was extremely cold throughout our stay. The heating worked on the first day, but the remotes went missing, and it wasn’t until the next day when they were returned by the housekeeper that we were able to use the heating again. • There was no soap provided in the bathrooms, which is a basic necessity that should be available. • The long and difficult walk to the Riad with luggage was not communicated beforehand, which made arrival challenging—especially with heavy bags. • The smell from the upstairs bathroom was overwhelming. When we brought it up, your response was dismissive, stating that this hadn’t been an issue in years. However, a recent review cites the same issue. Very dismissive attitude. • We were expected to pay in euros instead of Moroccan dirhams, which was confusing and frustrating given that we are in Morocco and are not European. When I asked why this was the case, I was met with attitude and told, “Your reservation was also paid in euros.” However, our Booking.com payment was automatically converted, which is very different from being required to pay in euros for a cash payment. • There were miscommunications regarding our hotel transfer. Instead of helping us locate the vehicle or addressing the misunderstanding, you repeatedly told us that we were late and that we couldn’t leave our bags at the Riad. This was just 20 minutes past the 11 a.m. checkout time, and our bags were placed by the door while we tried to figure out 1) how to locate the transfer and 2) how we could manage walking through the alleys with heavy luggage without assistance. • Charging an extra €6 per day for eggs is unreasonable, especially when the breakfast provided is otherwise just carbs and the same every day.

The riad is absolutely beautiful - the photos don’t do it justice - the layout and interior design are a joy. With lots of levels and different seating areas us 5 adults had lots of space to hang around in - and having the entire property to ourselves was fantastic. The housekeeper Zakia was superb keeping everything spotless and tidy and her wonderful breakfasts set us up for each day! Excellent location.

super style, we didn’t want to leave the space and wanted to enjoy it more. one evenening I even skipped the dinner with friends to enjoy home just for myself the location is great, near the parking, quite place of medina. the house had everything we needed note thay they don’t have shower facilities (shampoo etc) the host was friendly and quick in the responses the place has the coffemachine, but you should bring your own capsules thanks

A pity that the fireplace didn’t work during our stay
