Mansarda Gran Paradiso

Bellissimo panorama, pulizia.

Check-in/out automatizzato, le informazioni ricevute tramite e-mail non erano esaustive, la mansarda si trova ad un civico diverso da quello indicato. Nell’appartamento non erano forniti sale, olio, caffè, té. Alcune padelle molto graffiate. Niente lavastoviglie, velux non avevano le tendine oscuranti.

Apparement refait mais qualité très moyenne, porte ne ferme pas à clé, équipement électrique moyen, pas de volets aux fenêtres Literie inconfortable.

Der Vermieter hat leider nicht auf unsere 3 Nachrichten reagiert, dass das W-Lan nicht funkioniert 🫤 Das war schade und für mich nicht ganz nachvollziebar.

Appartamento carino in mansarda a Gimillan a 10min in auto da Cogne. La vista panoramica è di sicuro impatto e l’appartamento è spazioso (per 2persone). Il letto molto comodo. Apprezzato il parcheggio pubblico di fronte alla struttura e la possibilità di self-check in.

Il bagno è cieco con ventola di aspirazione associata alla luce (decisamente rumoroso soprattutto di notte), e la zona cucina è proprio accanto al letto. la scala di accesso all’ appartamento è stretta e ripida. Mancherebbe qualche presa di corrente soprattutto vicino al letto, in dotazione c’è una prolunga per ovviare un po’ il problema. Una piccola luce sul comodino non guasterebbe.

Appartement très bien situé dans les hauteurs de Cogne, à Gimillan. L'appartement est bien équipé avec un coin kitchenette, une table à manger ainsi que des lits confortables. Tout est fourni comme des serviettes, du papier toilette... L'hôte est sympathique et répond vite (nous ne l'avions pas rencontré).

La connexion Wi-Fi est existante (boîtier internet) mais ne fonctionne tout simplement pas. L'accueil pas très clair pour trouver les clés (qui étaient simplement mises sur la table et non dans la boîte à clés sécurisée).

Buona posizione. Posto pulito e buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Poco chiara la divisione degli spazi: si parla di tre stanze senza specificare che si tratta di un monolocale (un po' piccolo per quattro persone). Poca privacy per il bagno Qualche problema tecnico e di mancata assistenza del proprietario (es. Wifi che non funziona e impossibilità nell'aprire le finestre)

Équipements de basse qualité, escalier d’accès très étroit et très raide non praticable par jeunes enfants ou personnes âgées, literie dure et pas de rideaux occultants sur les velux.

The drive up to the apartment is stunning, as is the view from the front. The apartment was charming and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities. It is close to Cogne, if you're looking to do some hikes starting from there.

I had issues accessing the key out of the lock box. The left tab gets jammed - I learned this after a person came to help me. I couldn't get in and had to message the host. After they didn't respond, I called a few times, and they picked up and sent someone over to help me within 30 minutes. Perhaps a new lock box is needed or a different way of getting the keys... or maybe it's just me! Secondly, the wifi didn't work, which was a big issue as I had some work to do. I had to find a coffee shop to work in. Finally, getting the luggage up (I had a larger suitcase and was traveling alone) was very difficult. There is a thin set of steps (narrower than the width of the door), like a ladder, you have to climb to get into the apartment.
