Es un pis a la planta baixa, amb bon pati darrera i és ampli. La propietària és dalt, però no molesta et deixa la teva intimitat, és molt amable

Degut també que és una planta baixa sents els cotxes al costat mateix, no es poden tancar les finestres perquè fa calor, encara que hi han ventiladors i el soroll encara que no es un carrer massa transitat et desperta a partir de les 6 o 7 del matí
