Location right next to train station. Bright and modern with everything you need. Hosts were amazing.

Beautiful & modern. So cosy inside, we were amazed at the little touches as well like the welcome booklet and biscuits.

Getting entry was easy with the lock box. However with it being low down and me recently having abdominal surgery. I did struggle slightly. The key also struggles to lock the door on the inside

The accomodation is beautiful! And the beds are luxurious. I had surgery while I was staying here so all the pillows and comfortable bedding was very much appreciated. Only criticism is I wish there was a bigger pan in the kitchen as we couldn't find a wok or large frying pan.

The property felt very homely, warm and inviting, and was beautifully decorated. It was a very quiet home which was perfect as we had small children with us. The hosts were excellent to deal and seemed really nice.

The mattresses weren't overly comfortable and the blinds in the master room let quite alot of light through, but we only noticed this as an issue due to having to get a baby to nap.

Beautifully decorated house with a great looking kitchen. The rooms are all huge with high ceilings that make the house feel very spacious, its hard to believe you have so much room in a terraced house. Very clean and warm in September even without heating. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cater for yourselves and there is an Aldi 5mins by car. Good location for trips to Liverpool or Manchester by train or driving. Good access to the M6. Jessica is a great host and very responsive to any questions and keen that we had a good time during our stay.

Parking was fine for our four nights but if you have a large car then parking my be a little trickier on the street (first come first served basis). The walk to the main high street is something like 25-30mins and about the same to the main railway station. If using Earlstown station (just 7mins walk) check the train times with Northern Rail as 'Thetrainline' times aren't accurate. To Liverpool the trains are only once an hour for most of the day. The main bed was a little uncomfortable for us (not enough support) and the whole mattress moves if one person turns over and the bed creaks so probably needs a few bolts tightened. The sofa in the lounge is clean and looks fine it doesn't support too well and quite low.

The property was very clean, the decor was lovely & it was well presented - very homely inside! The complimentary Prosecco that was left on arrival was a bonus!

No recycling bins, rubbish was left in the garden which I’m guessing was from the previous guests. The parking wasn’t great but can’t be helped with the location of the property.
