The most disgusting, mould ridden, damp property I have ever walked in to. The fact that this is still available to the public when it’s smothered in mould as hazardous as this is completely scary. The stench of wet, damp and bleach was so clear as soon as you walked through the front door. Dirty, unwashed appliances in the oven. A BLOODY TISSUE ON THE FLOOR!!! The place was also freezing cold! Instead of treating the mould they had tried to cover it with furniture and PAINT!! It was absolutely everywhere, from floors, on the furniture (bed frame) to the ceiling! The business office was closed so we rang the emergency line as my girlfriend is asthmatic and we had our dog with us, to have absolutely no help at all until we felt the need to continue ringing and practically beg to be moved to another property. We truly felt as though we were being told they would help, and would promise a call back until we heard nothing an hour later, to which I rang again and again and again. After someone finally came out to view the property, even he said how disgusting the place was and that we were not safely able to stay here. After hours of begging for help we were finally moved to another property. The next property was liveable but no where near satisfactory, the area stank of marijuana to which we could not open any windows. Gardens were not fenced off correctly so next doors dog went to attack our dog, we could not even open the back door without it kicking off. The place was also not clean! Dirty cotton buds left around the drawers in the main bedroom! Please avoid this building!! It is NOT safe for anyone to stay here, and the fact that no one was available to help was honestly dehumanising.

Great location. Quiet. Comfortable and just a great little house.
