Lovely old restored house in a very quiet rural location with lovely views.You definitely need a car to reach the property .Its approximately 15 min drive to nearest supermarket in Pescia. We liked the comfy beds and extra blankets were provided when we asked as it was cold at night in October We didn't meet the owner but she was very helpful and responded quickly via WhatsApp We enjoyed our stay

Just a few suggestions , there is nothing that we didn't like Instructions for the wood pellet stove and washing machine would be helpful Would be useful to have some scissors and a small sharp knife in the kitchen Maybe a few dishwasher tablets left for each stay as there us no plug in the sink so you can't wash up Bigger bathroom towels , the ones provided are tiny
