"Overpriced dirty unmaintained"

The location and the peace

Trip hazards everywhere Grass uncut Dirty No smoke alarms attached When they broken in the kitchen Advised that the owner didn’t care anymore as he was as it was sold . Company advised they told him to cut the grass several times, but nothing had happened.

It was very last mon so i feel like we didnt get to enjoy it properly but the lodge was lovely and the hottub was ncie.

"AVOID THIS PLACE - No electricity and probably a scam"

Nothing

No electricity and nothing like the pictures. Shabby exterior. The support to fix the electricity issue seemed fake and highly suspicious. The ‘agent’ came across like the type of person who enjoys making people go on a wild goose chase. I don’t think he was genuine. We found other accommodation instead and I have asked for a refund. AVOID.

"A nice quiet and tranquil cabin but expensive for what it is."

Ideal location for getting to Cannock Chase. Quiet and tranquil location. The hot in was good but took 4 hours to get warm.

Cleanliness wasn’t great. Needs a bit of work to justify the price paid. No instructions for anything

Finding it was a bit of a task, it’s not signed for Reindeer Lodge . Got there in the end !

"Very nice indeed ."

Full of character , very comfortable. Plenty of space and good parking . Very peaceful.

I did feel £25 a night for our medium sized dog was quite a lot !
