The staff and room were great. Easy to communicate and they were very helpful. The room was great.

I picked the wrong location for my needs. Get an Uber from the staff if they can help - the taxi drivers there are a nightmare, they rip you off to an impressive degree).

A hotel experience with a spacious apartment feel. Really enjoyed my stay here to appreciate the views over Asuncion and have lots of room to wind down in.

Absolutely loved the hotel. We had a spacious, one bedroom corner apartment on the 14th floor, with a fully equipped kitchen. The view was fantastic. The place is very clean, the king size bed is super comfortable. Loved the classy interior of the hotel! The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ricardo for being so nice and accommodating. We have booked the hotel again for another week and looking forward to going back tomorrow :).

Fabulous suite on the 14th floor, although the view was nothing special. Very clean, modern, well equipped kitchen, great living room, excellent beds, large closet areas and an overall wonderful feel. However, the shower was a single powerful stream, which, although effective, wasn't ideal.

After a power outage that lasted until 9:30 we were denied any extra time to check out despite being unable to shower earlier. Thought that was more than a little weak.
