Great staff, very helpful! Location is not that bad if you travel by car - you skip all the traffic jams in the city center. It is possible to ask for a parking spot inside the hotel.

No soundproofing at all, considering the location (right on a major road), it was difficult to sleep even with the windows closed. There was an awful smell from the kitchen in the 2-room suite. No housekeeping.

First of all it was super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had anything you might need. I would definitely recommend visiting the terrace on the roof. It's a bit far from the coast and centre (20 minutes walk), however Batumi is a small city and you can get anywhere by taxi (I would recommend bolt) for 3-6 GEL. Also, it's near the road so cars are too loud at night, however the same problem occures in most hotels in Batumi. You can keep the balcony closed and use air conditioning, this helps a lot. Best option in this price range.
