The staff at the reception was so nice. We actually got an upgrade. Also, the location is fantastic.

We had asked for breakfast to be packed because we checked out very early. The person who packed put in raw eggs. I reckon this is a mistake but while i was trying to break it thinking it was boiled, it spilled all over my hands and pants. Again, i believe it was a mistake but more attention should be paid to requests like this..

The location and overall design is ok

I booked a superior room with a double bed, but I’m not convinced that the room I received matched that description. The bed was not a true double bed, but rather two single beds pushed together. Not only was there a noticeable gap in the middle, but the beds also tended to slide apart. Additionally, the room was located on the ground floor, right next to the reception, with a window facing the street. This made it very noisy — I could hear guests arriving and leaving, conversations at the reception, as well as people walking by on the busy street. In my opinion, these aspects should be clearly mentioned in the room description, or such rooms should be categorized separately. I would have gladly paid extra for a superior room on a higher floor, and I likely would not have made this booking if I had known in advance that the room would be on the ground floor.

The quality of the stay, and the location. The staff was great, they did a free upgrade of the room.
