There was nothing that we did not like

初めての宿泊で、子供2人大人3人でした。 元々予約していたのは6mテントでしたが、 チェックイン時に7mテントと見比べて、グレードアップも できます。とのことで実際に拝見させて頂きました。 6mでも申し分なかったですが、人数的に7mの方が ゆっくり、広々と使えそうだったのでグレードアップしました。 テント自体もそうですが、お風呂やトイレもバリアフリー 仕様だったのもありますが、すごく広々としていて尚且つとても綺麗で凄く快適に過ごせました。 予約前の時点から、色々な疑問点やこちらの要望を 電話で問い合わせさせて頂いてましたが、その時から スタッフさんの対応が凄く良く 実際に宿泊した際も、とても気さくなスタッフさんでした。 今回は夕方に行きましたが、色々な体験もあったようなので 次は早めに行き体験などもしてみたいと考えています！ 普段、レビューを書く事などはあまりしませんが それほど良かったです。必ず、また行きたいです。 ありがとうございました！！

The scenery was absolutely gorgeous and the onsite team was professional, friendly and courteous. The tent itself was so cosy, comfortable and clean. We stayed with a toddler and an infant and we all loved the extra big bed, the hammock and the general serenity of the stay. The dinners provided were also so delicious and it was nice to slow down and cook a meal while watching the sunset.

It's a lovely space with very nice view, starry night skies and beautiful sunrise in the morning. Room is spacious and there's even sofa and an open terrace. Bathroom is well equipped with good shower and bathtub, and even a folding bed inside for people with babies or adults that requires assistance to change/shower. They sell sparklers and some light food. Do bring food if you didn't order the bbq with them in advance. They do provide cables for charging devices and fridge to store food. The also got an observatory deck and a little campfire at 8pm. It will be a nice retreat to stay more than 1 day (with food planned).

About 10mins drive up a steep and narrow road, alittle hard to navigate up. Do look closely for the hand painted signs. The only convenience store is before you drive up the hill, so do stock up if you need anything.

素泊まりプランで宿泊。新しくて清潔、空調や設備も整っていて、BBQガスグリルや調理器具、カトラリーなどは無料貸出とコスパが高く、とても快適に過ごせました。なにより高台にあるので景色が抜群に良く、月夜と朝焼けがどちらも堪能できて最高に美しかったです。スタッフの方も親切丁寧で、すれ違うと笑顔で話しかけてくださり、とても居心地が良かったです。食器や調理器具などの無料貸出もLINEでDMするとお部屋まで運んで下さって、使用が終わったら取りに来てくださるという、、至れり尽くせりのサービスでした。ガッツリキャンプを楽しみたい方は材料と足りない器具だけ持ち込んで素泊まり、手ぶらで気軽にアウトドアを楽しみたい方は料理付きで。どちらにも対応できるプランがあって良心的な価格設定でした。

申し分ない設備とサービスなので特にないのですが、 強いてわがままを言えば・・・ ・キッチンがないので、部屋の外に小さくても洗い場があれば使い回したいカトラリーや持ち込みで使用した調理器具などの洗い物ができて良いと思いました。流石に洗面台で洗うと排水管が詰まりそうなので気が引けました。

thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the food provided, everything was as shown and clean and felt very new. food was delicious and sufficient for us.

because we stayed 2 nights, it felt a little far from other restaurants or sightseeing places. so will have to plan or be prepared to drive a little more everyday and up the mountain to get to the lodging.

プライベートが守られるのは良かった。

手違いで二重予約と支払いをしてしまったが説明しても返金はなかった。着いてからその状況を聞かされ一気に旅が楽しめる感じではなくなった。あと４棟ある施設が2棟づつ上と下に分かれてて上の場合だと車を横付けが不可能との事でカートで荷物を運ばなくてはならないのが非常に面倒だった。着くまでの道も狭く 看板らしい案内も無いので不安だらけでした。

Place was amazing! Everything was well thought and prepared for our family of 4 and an infant. The space was also clean and huge for us with good amenities. Dinner and breakfast was good (self bbq and toasting of sandwiches at the patio - which was in fact not that cold with the heater switched on). They also provided little tricycles, scooter and balls for the little one to play with. The road up was a little steep but it wasn't too hard to get to!
