They said they couldn't reach the hostel in question. This alone shows that I am right in my complaint. Booking.com reservations this year have turned my trips into a nightmare. Booking.com did not fully publish my review of the hostel I stayed at during my Budapest trip. In conclusion, I recommend that you be very careful when making reservations through Booking.com.
