KEI liked the service overall especially the chef, front desk, our house keeper. They made our stay successful. Am a returning guest and I will definitely come back. It's like my second home. I think you should expound the bar area and introduce different types of drinks like cocktails. I think also you should put some mini fridge in the rooms so that when a guest has his or her drinks they can put in there or any other foods.

Despite making a reservation and showing up within the required check in time, the hotel reception informed me that the did not have a room for me. They then tried to blame me for this instead of owning up that they were not honouring the reservation and had given my reserved room to someelse.
