The Patriko

We had a great stay in Kalampaka! The house is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the town center and a quick drive to the Meteora monasteries. Parking was easy, right in front of the house. The house was very clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very thoughtful, leaving us fruit, breakfast items, water, coffee and also gave us great local tips. Meteora is absolutely breathtaking and the people in town are very warmhearted. We truly wish we had stayed longer and highly recommend this place!

Only small thing: the floor was a lit a bit cold.

The Patriko is a comfortable and quiet place to discover the wonders of Meteora. Everything is very clean, you find a parking spot in the near, a supermarket and a butcher are around the corner. The owner is very friendly as helpful and gives good recommendations where to eat and what to consider. Besides Kalambaka, sometimes also written Kalampaka is a nice lively little town with everything you need. One hint: If you copy the address of The Patriko in Google maps, you will be lead to another street (in the near). So use the maps of booking.com. These show the right place.

The apartment is wonderful. New, clean and tidy. Highly recommended. The proximity to Meteora is the reason for our choice, and Kalambaka is a wonderful small town with nice restaurants and wonderful service.
