Beautiful quiet apartment with balcony overlooking country side

All was excellent. Only suggestion could be kitchen to have more utensils. Eg egg flipper to bake pancakes Transfer from airport was a bit more complicated than I thought with a family of 5. Taxis were expensive from the airport and the host couldn’t pick us up. We decided to get our rental car earlier.

Clean close to airport. Parking. Frienly owner willing to help with everything and available all the time. Quiet nice place

The host, Fabio, is very personable, positive and helpful. He is a taxi driver; after picking us up from the airport he gave us a little tour of Fiumicino. We had an early flight the next day so it was a relief to know that Fabio would take us. He also gave us a recommendation for dinner within walking distance (nice). The apartment is quite new. Small but fine for a night. It seemed to be a renovation of the attic. The bedroom and bathroom have low slanted ceilings which could be challenging for tall people. Despite the close proximity to the airport (10 minutes) the neigborhood was quiet and tranquil.

Owner very friendly and helpfull, comunicate very well, and help, apartment was nice and clean, very good location near airport. Solution for not very expensive hotels by airport.

Notjing

The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owner greeted us warmly, assisted with parking, and recommended a nice nearby restaurant. It was perfect for our one-night stay. Thank you!

Nothing

The apartment is in a newer house. The problem is the stairs up to under the roof. Not mentioned in the advert. The other issue is, the pictures are mixed together from several apartments they rent. Our were advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment - had only one - the second bed in the kitchen. which was not a kitchen either. No room to sit - only on barstools. To get there is difficult. The taxis charge you 45 euro for about 10 minutes ride. The Airport shuttle announced in the amenities - not existing. The closest Restaurant is a pretty far walk away. No information in the rooms. And no way to get a ride to go there. No store close by as well. Unless you come with your own car - I wouldn't recommend it. Its really only 1 bedroom and a bed for kids.
