ORM Batalha Apartments

Location. Good facilities and bathroom.Nice decor.

A pint of milk in the fridge on arrival would be useful. Usually a standard provision in most places. The bed was horrendous! Not really a double, more like a large single or small double. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay in Porto! The ORM Batalha apartment was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hosts were incredibly attentive and always responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything. Their communication was excellent and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only minor issue we encountered was that the Moka pot provided in the kitchen didn’t seem to be compatible with the induction stovetop, so we weren’t able to make coffee. It was a small inconvenience and didn’t detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

It was close to be able to walk everywhere

It was difficult to find and no signage to show ORM apartment, simply number back of the street.

직원이 친절하고 응대가 빠릅니다. 대로변에 있어서 택시 접근이 용이하며 밤에 돌아올때도 인전합니다. 엘리베이터가 있고 번호키로 출입해서 편리합니다.

위치가 조금 애매합니다. 특히 일정이 짧은 여행객이라면 리베이라 쪽을 추천드립니다. 건물 문제인지 모르겠지만 햇빛이 잘 들지않고 환기가 잘 안되어서, 잔체적으로 퀘퀘한 냄새가 나고 침구등이 눅눅합니다ㅠㅠ 화장실에 세면도구를 거치할 곳이없어서 씻을때 불편함이 있었습니다.

A leur arrivée les occupants ont été gardés en attente jusqu'à 15h avant d' être informés que l' appartement loué n' était pas disponible et qu 'on tente de leur imposer en remplacement un logement incomparablement pire que celui reservé et payé......alors que l'établissement disposait d'appartements d' un niveau équivalent ou supérieur offerts sur la plateforme Booking pour la période concernée! Sachant qu' il était tard, qu' il pleuvait, et qu' en cette période de vacances scolaires il serait très difficile de se loger ailleurs, la personne de la réception était persuadée que les occupants devraient accepter son chantage, mais la proposition etait véritablement inacceptable....et les occupants furent littéralement jetés sur le trottoir sans la moindre assistance !
