ORM Batalha Apartments

Great apartment with all you could need for a mini break. Really well thought out space saving ideas including a mini dishwasher in the kitchen area! It was centrally located so ideal for getting everywhere!

The bed was extremely hard and quite small. There were minor imperfections which perhaps you would expect due to high turnover of guests. But a big double crack in the bathroom mirror, scuffs on walls which needed touching up with paint. Plus silly details like the body wash and soap pumps in the bathroom don’t work properly at all. Could not work the aircon either - although it was turned on, the flap didn’t lift open and even by changing settings and temperature it wouldn’t work!

The location was amazing, in the middle of Santa Catarina, everything is in a walking distance. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The apartment was very clean and well maintained.

The only disadvantage was no air conditioner in the bedroom

Excellent location so everything is in easy reach walking distance. Apartment block very clean and very quiet; lift was outside our apartment door and heard no noise whatsoever during our stay; very quiet, safe and clean. lovely compact apartment with all amenities, hosts very attentive with any query's or guidance.

The bed is for Individual preference, mine being soft/medium and this was a small firm double; this made it very uncomfortable for me during the stay however everything else was excellent.

Great location, modern room, nice toiletries & good communication/instructions from staff.

Bed was small for two people and I personally found the mattress very firm and uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. The apartment could do with a refresh as I noticed marks on the walls, stains on the rug and general wear and tear. Also note that there’s a renovation next door and we had drilling from 8am.

Perfect place to be very central

Very nice decorated apartment, fully equiped. I really liked the entire building, it was super clean and extremely nice renovated. Central location, easy to reach the main attractions in walking distance.

The stay at this apartment was amazing! Location was amazing, the host was very accommodating and tried their best to help when some issues occurred along the way. The apartment was clean when we entered and everything was well maintained.

Location was excellent. Small and bright appartment with lift. Very well equipped with cooking utensils. Also shower gel and handwash in bathroom, tablets for dishwasher and basics like coffee oil, salt , sugar.

Check-in time at 5pm.

Seamless and very easy check-in and Check-out facilitated by all staff involved, namely Luisa, Maria and Vitor, who were all very nice and accommodating, great location situated in one of Porto's best shopping, dining and entertainment streets, Rua de Santa Catarina, which was beautifully decorated for the festive season, the apartment itself was very well laid out containing all the necessary needs and very cosy, having access to the long facade balcony from all rooms with pleasant views of the street lights and vibes, wide screen TV with lots of channels broadcasting programmes, news and movies in English, the walk-in shower is large and very comfortable, it felt like home throughout our long stay there.

A little noisy at night, but shut out most of the noise by closing the window panes fully to also block out the street lights during sleeping time.
