Mansarda Belli Ravenna

We were met by the owner Alessandro who showed us around the apartment and gave us information regarding the area etc. The apartment is newly renovated and extremely modern. It is on the top floor of a private apartment block (yes there are 3 lots of stairs but there is also a very cosy but slow elevator) and has everything needed. As it is on the top floor the ceilings are angled which wasn't a problem at all for us. The apartment is situated in a quiet easy access area. Parking is onsite in a gated, secure park, easy to manouvre in and extremely wide for Italian standards. The apartment is within easy 5 mins walking distance of the historical centre of Ravennna and also close to supermarkets, gelateria, cafes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment - thank you Alessandro.

The stairs - but it was good exercise!!

Very clean and spacious and great position to walk to the lovely city.

No balcony but my fault as I didn’t check. Check out an hour too early.

Location was excellent, 8 minute walk to edge of centre. Secure parking was great.

Apartment is on 4th floor via 60 steps so not great for anyone with mobility issues.

Easy walking distance to historical center. Very clean and large apt for us ( 2 people). Secure parking included. Easy walk to grocery store.

Be aware that its 60 steps up, or there's a slow small elevator that serves two of the three floors to the apt. We never used the elevator but if you're older or have heavy luggage, you need to be aware. A microwave would be nice. Finally, the apt is on the top floor so there's a slanting ceiling that makes getting out of bed on one side a bit awkward. All that said, we would stay there again.

The flat had everything we needed. Only a 30 minute stroll from the train station, so it was pretty central and close to what we wanted to see

Everything was great

Everything was great. The apartment is clean and close to the center, just a few minutes to the main part of the city. The most important is that app has his own parking private. We definitely recommend it.

The apartment was comfortable, quiet and very clean. We were met by the host, Alessandro, who sorted out the parking and made sure we were settled in. A great location, just 5 minutes' walk from central Ravenna. Thoroughly recommended.

A bedside table and lamp would have been useful.
