Staff Hospitality and cleanliness

Staff was polite and helpful. Hotel room seemed clean when entered.

Ac was not working...only ac fan was working so no cooling. Washroom flush was not working at all. Washroom door didn't have any lock. In night when we were asleep water was leaking from ceiling straight on the middle of bed...all night drops of water were falling on us. We told staff about the flush not working but they didn't do anything about it or didn't change our room. Tv was also not working.

I had high expectations based on the photos and description, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not clean on arrival, and the amenities promised were either unavailable or poorly maintained. The staff seemed unresponsive to my concerns, and overall, I did not feel comfortable during my stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until major improvements are made.

they gave me the worst room, there were ants in the room then i asked for another room then they provided another room which was just better for not having ants on them.
