"Horrible accommodation not reliable host"

Just close to the sm mall
Room was not clean and cook wears and cups were dirty.. also after booking didn’t get any info for room number and door password. Hard to contact the host. While struggling to find the room number the friend of host came and he was smiling rather than saying sorry..

Perfect location. Nicely furnished.
The plastic plates and the lack of knifes. Every day there was an awful sewer smell from outside and from the bathroom.

The property owner didn’t specify that it’s Sunvida tower. I tried to search Lanz studio and the taxi driver has been very kind enough to keep on going around. It’s my friend who helped me determine that it’s Sunvida tower.
It’s late check in 3pm and early check out 11:00-12:00. The property manager didn’t send me the room number until around 12:00 on the day i will be arriving. The property manager didn’t answer calls. It’s hard to communicate.
