Cole Street Apartments

We never ended up staying here. The apartment never shared details on how to get in. Probably why booking.com have stopped listing it. If you check the website you can see that reviews have plummeted. Reports of drug use etc. Decided it was not safe and not to take my family (not that I would have been able to given the mentioned lack of contact from them!). Non-refundable as well, so that's money down the drain.

The check-in instructions were only received after requesting them, and after the planned check-in time. There was a complete absence of a kettle, pots, or pans – nothing to even boil water in. Instead of a refrigerator, there was a freezer. The WiFi password was not provided, even after requesting it. Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. The mattress is very soft, and the springs can be felt.

No fridge no kettle,no bath towels,no wardrobes,access to property at the beginning was terrible,a very stressfull experience.

The apartment was very modern and up to a clean standard. The location was perfect. I was on the top floor, so no noise from anywhere. Slept like a baby. Everything worked fine. I had two rooms to choose from.

The WiFi was not shared nor visible anywhere in the property. Tried calling, no response. Kitchen had no kettle. So no hot drinks could be made. The springs in the double bed were non-existent.

The apartment was convenient to the venue we were going to. It was well appointed, clean and welcoming.

I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine!

ceiling needs sound insulating. a lot of moving about noise from neighbours above.

Everything about this apartment was spot on. Couldn't ask for anything better
