Airbnb Palace

I liked everything in this property, beds are very confortable, the area is so quite that you can actually relax properly. I loved the pool table, Really recomend. Can be in the centre of Birmingham within 10min. 100%

There's nothing bad about this property, nothing.i saw other reviews about it and pretty much not true.

Nothing at all..

I liked nothing about this place.. when we arrived there was people drug dealing where I was expected to park the cars.. the doors on the garages were hanging off.. when I finally found the property the gardens were very overgrown and the gate was hanging off.. when I went into the back garden it was a mess and the blinds on the property were filthy.. I rang the owner and told him I didnt feel safe and his reply was cancel knowing fairwell that I wouldn't get any refund.. I paid for a 4 night stay and didnt stay 1 of them.. I paid over £500 for this and have received £20 refund off booking.com.. I had to find other accommodation and spent a further £636 pound to stay in a hotel for only 3 nights.. ive tried to get a refund but the owner is refusing.. honestly In my opinion booking.com should not have this property on their listing..

The property was very clean,easy to get to & very good value for money. The pool table gave it that little extra

Location was excellent Quiet street Spacious The mattress & pillows in the bedroom near to the bathroom 10/10

No where to park outside the property Could do with more lighting in the kitchen

It was spacious

Location was rough area, the property was in need of some serious maintenance as there were several areas damaged and falling off, like the handrail up the stairs . The floor tiles in toilet were broken which were sharp , the kitchen worktop was burnt and broken near sink

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, definitely worth the money. It was extremely comfortable and clean. Loved it
