Curatenie, amplasarea proprietatii la 10 minute de centru, liniste daca nu sunt oaspeti galagiosi, parcare pentru 6-7 masini.
Presiunea slaba a apei la etaj uneori, lipsa apei calde dimineata uneori, hartie igienica doar pentru prima zi.

Ağustos ayında 2 aile yan yana odalarda konakladık. Ve oldukça memnun kaldık. Odalar temiz yataklar rahattı. Ev sahibi hanımefendi oldukça yardımsever ve tatlı biriydi. Plaj yürüme mesafesinde .Deniz ve plajı oldukça güzel biz sevdik.Otopark mevcut tesis bahçesinde.
Tek olumsuz yanı İnternet yetersizdi bazen çekmediği oldu.
