Selv med SkiStar-appen og info lagt inn kom det ikke opp bestillingen av rommet. Kundeinfo i Sverige kunne ikke hjelpe til med noe. De fant ikke bestillingen og spurte om det var noen lokalt som kunne hjelpe til. Det var ingen ansatte i Lobbyen. Vi måtte bare dra…

USLocation was great, room was clean and spacious. Nice views.
The staff was minimal as it was off season, and we had to stand there and figure out how to find the key. Then, I had to ask for sheets and a blanket for the fold out sofa. Hard to find exactly where we were staying. No service available by the time we checked in, except for the guy running around to help, who was great when he wasn't off to help other people who were in the same weird boat. Sofa bed was broken, there was no coffee in the room.
