"what I pay is not worth what I get"

I booking homestay follow the picture,but when I check in..I get different house and very disappoited toilet dirty..many cockroach also kitchen.. after I ask the staff he just say my booking he can't give becoz Electrical problem. I ask..why not inform me early? He just bluetuck my chat.
