Everything from begining to the end. Excellent place, house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. A view that everyone will like. You can relax there, rest, but also tame many ineteresting, beautiful walks.

Everything. The location is exceptional. The place is fabulous, clean, well equipped, lots of room for the dog to run. The brownies on arrival were a lovely touch.

There are no negatives about Three Winds

This lovely house has a great layout, it has everything you need during your stay. Perfect base for exploring the area. The views are stunning and loved sitting in the hot tub enjoying the scenery. Very helpful hosts although we didnt need much as they have left all the information for you.

The house was gorgeous.

Unfortunately I have to write this. But the hosts were less than helpful and booking.com has absolved themselves of all responsibility. After driving 3 hours we arrived to check in and all we got after saying hello was a rude huff and "wasnt expecting you today" and said nothing else. Made us feel really uncomfortable from the get go. Not welcome at all. We get in the house, and later see a welcome message, followed by a very snitty "you do know there's an extra charge for dogs" to which we replied politely to, asking how much it was they wanted and how we could pay it. After that we just couldn't shake the feeling of not being wanted there. My partner has ASD (Austism) and it made her feel even worse than myself, so much so that we ended up having to leave 2 nights early. His excuse after denying all that I said is that he was cold and not the chatty one. His wife also stepped in as she could clearly see he was doing terribly. In the resolution process, the host says he wont refund the nights we didnt stay because we didn't approach him after he made himself incredibly unapproachable. After reading so many good reviews, and seeing how truly beautiful the stay is, we are gutted. My partners birthday could have gone so much better.

The location was absolutely beautiful and the views from the windows and stay is unreal! Great privacy and parking. Absolutely loved Dexter! And the owners are lovely on your stay. Looks just like the photos!

Was disappointed that the dryer did not work, and very disappointed when the hot tub was dirty meaning we had to clean it ourselves along with the log burner and coffee machine as they were also dirty, I did message about this however I got no response subsequently meaning I have to unfortunately leave it here which I didn’t want to do as other than this the stay was so lovely and would definitely stay at this guesthouse again.

Lovely house, very warm for the winter weather! Great grounds for the dogs!

4 adults stayed, lots of room for us but the single beds probably best suited for children. The bed frame would move and all the slats fell to the floor each time my husband turned over so he fell through the bed each night, best to sleep on the couch!
