Felt like home and the owners were extremely sweet and caring Rooms were cleaned and well maintained and all the things were taken care very well The Uncle is very sweet and generous person and helped us in every possible way to make our stay comfortable and memorable

Very cozy property, surrounded by green lush. Host uncle is very helping and nice. Stay is very relaxing! Food in the opposite khanavad is also nice.

Good stay clean rooms and washroom

The host uncle is super helpful and was very hospitable. He made sure we felt right at home at his villa. Rooms were very clean and well-maintained. There is ample parking. Moreover, we had lunches and dinners at the opposite house. It was authentic konkani food and it tasted superb. Nothing really to complain about this. Highly recommended.

The overall all property was good and the caretaker was so polite and he also guide us for best foods nearby

Quite and pleasant room /area

The host uncle is sooo friendly and kind. He took care of us as if we were his personal guests. The rooms are super cozy and well maintained for the price. The beach is at walkable distance. Thankyou for making our stay so enjoyable!

The property is very cosy and very well maintained. The owner kaka of the house is very cooperative and makes you comfortable as soon as you step in. Also you can have food in front of Kadam Villa. Kaku serves amazing Konkani delicacies at reasonable rates. In all an amazing experience.
