Boutique Hotel Melissa

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag frisch zubereitet.

Das Frühstück war wenig abwechslungsreich Im Hauptraum bzw Schlafzimmer: Ein Teil der Wand war beschädigt. Die Klimaanlage bildete Kondenswasser und somit Verfärbung an der Wand. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Das Bett hatte starke Abnutzung auf dem Kunstleder. Das Bad: Schimmel an den Fenstern. Die Klobrille war leider locker und der Druckknopf für die Spülung auch. Die Dusche war unverschämt! Fliesen kaputt und Schimmel Die Fliesen sind teils rausgebrochen und lose sehr scharfkantig und Verletzungsgefahr ohne Schuhe hätten wir uns sicher die Füße aufgeschnitten.... Die Dusche selbst war stark Schimmlig und aus dem Abfluss kam ein starker beißender und ekliger Geruch Auch nach der erneuten Reinigung waren immer noch Rückstände da und die Schäden an den Fliesen konnten nicht behoben werden. Ein Ersatzzimmer wurde uns von unserem Premium Zimmer angeboten, jedoch war der Zustand noch schlechter mit Schimmel Belüftung usw... auch kein Preisnachlass falls wir ein economy Zimmer oder Standard Zimmer genommen hätten...

Beliggenhed

Badeværelset var meget slidt i brusekabinen rengøring mangelfulde, fik ikke nok håndklæder og dem vi havde lagt på gulv blev hængt op igen, morgen mad det samme og kedeligt brød. Vedrørende parkering så kunne man ikke forklare godt nok hvor vi skulle holde så vi kom til at betale 100 euro i stedet for 40 euro

Excellent location just outside the old town and near plenty of restaurants and cafes. It's a nice boutique hotel, helpful staff, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, including English style scrambled eggs. Nice sized rooms, with good air-conditioning and good wifi speed.

Nothing

I travel by public transport and the hotel was within very easy walking from the bus station. There are stairs only so the very helpful staff was more than happy to take my luggage up to my room. Overall every thing was clean and very comfortable with the staff very friendly and helpful

Location

The hotel located in very center of Porec. But they don't have parking for car. The car they suggest to leave in the public parking. Sometime can be difficult to find place for parking. The room is nice and elegant. For the breakfast we had variety of food. The owner was very polite and kind.

We had to park in the public parking. It was near and we found the place. But if there was high season can be difficult to find the place or have to pay much. In our room didn't function heating, but it was changed to another room. But was not high season. I don't know how it was if there was full booked hotel :)
