Genialna lokalizacja czystość obiektu na wysokim poziomie pyszne śniadanie bardzo dobra kawa🙂

Personal freundlich, Zimmer geräumig, Lage Top, Frühstück gut (leider bei Radrennen kein Frühstück im 5 Uhr, obwohl mehrere Gäste dies benötigt hätten)

Sauberkeit war nicht optimal, vieles im Zimmer war nicht komplett (Abdeckungen im Badezimmer fehlten, Fernseher mit Panzertape vollgeklebt, Receiver hing runter) Klimaanlage macht Geräusche auch wenn sie nicht läuft, kein Warmwasser

Das Frühstück was Ok, aber sehr "übersichtlich". Es gab Rührei, Gemüse und Würstchen. Schinken, Käse, Salami, gekochte Eier, Marmelade und Honig. Müsli, Milch und O-Saft und süße Teilchen. Als Brot gab es nur ganz weiches Weißbrot und einige Scheiben ebenfalls weiches dunkles Brot.

Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Und - wir mussten beim auschecken 30,-€ zusätzlich für Reinigung und Kurtaxe bezahlen. Das ist mir noch ie passiert und ich finde das, bei dem Preis unangemessen. Ein 4-Sterne -Hotel war es m.E. nach nicht.

The city, beds were ok.

Well we felt we slept in a sewer. The nauseating odor emanating from the shower made sure there wasn't anything nice to tell about our stay. Don't take or accept a reservation for room 9, unless you get full reassurance that that problem is solved. A laconic 'i'm sorry that happened to you' is definitely not the way to handle that either.

The staff. Pavle was so welcoming and nothing was too much for him to do. He helped with our food ordering and recommended special dishes as we wanted to try local cuisine. Our Hostess was also very friendly and warm. Her smile was sunshine and she demonstrated warmth. The hotel is in perfect location as we walked everywhere and so quiet with no cars!!! We both loved our time in Porec and would recommend this hotel to all. Jill and Brian New Zealand
