Я оставила паспорт в номере, но ресепшен, обнаружив его, мне не позвонили, хотя я ехала в аэропорт и мне он был нужен, пришлось заказать доставку, тогда как регистрация у же прошла, еле еле успели доставить, причем я постоянный клиент отеля
