The location was amazing; beautiful side road but very close to the main historic part of Verona The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes but still quiet Air con was brilliant

The oven was not usable as so dirty which was a great shame as everything else in the apartment was spotless Quite difficult to communicate with ‘host’; you didn’t feel ‘ looked after. ‘ Both showers were a bit temperamental ; not always hot

Great location and helpful staff. Noisy at night. Hot water in the shower has no pressure, and the other shower goes hot and cold, and it has a very small door to get in.

During our stay the gas started to leak from the boiler. Smell was very strong so contacted the property who send a technician who was unable to fix the leak. He told us to keep the "door shut" and not use any hot water or cook anything. We were travelling with children and elderly ladies. I found this unacceptable as it was very dangerous to stay in a place where gas is leaking so I complained again, they did not offer any alternative accommodation and basically told us there was nothing else they could do. I asked for a refund as it was very expensive and not worth the money paid. They only offered me a 10% refund which they never paid back to this day (2 months after). This is the typical place profit making not valuing customers and only interested in profit for holiday stays. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Very spacious and airy. Loved having the balcony to have coffee in the morning. Couldn’t have been better placed for restaurants and sites.

Unfortunately we did not have hot water, but as we were only there for 1 night we didn’t say. I have no doubt host would have sorted straight away had we said. He was very quick to respond when we first arrived. Bed linen could be a bit more welcoming. Felt very masculine!

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Great Central location.
