Ram comfort

First room was Excellent and host was GREAT. He helped me with Booking reservation issue and made me feel like home.

Second one was good. It just have A/C circulation issues because bed is king and air comes from the floor.

Les lits étaient très confortable.

Nous aurions bien aimé avoir la wifi.

Era un sitio comodo y limpio, las instrucciones fueron claras. Está bien para el precio que tiene.

Me parece que el anuncio es un poco engañoso, no supimos que íbamos a una casa particular hasta que llegamos. No vimos a nadie en ningún momento. Casi todas las cosas del baño estaban vacías, dando una sensación de descuido para los huéspedes. A parte en el anunció pone que dispone de más cosas de las que realmente hay. Las toallas no estaban a la vista y eran muy ásperas, se notaba que han tenido muchísimo uso. Por supuesto no nos facilitaron albornoz ni nada por el estilo como pone en el anuncio y la bañera de hidromasaje es una bañera normal y corriente. El sitio en si no está mal, pero me gusta saber a dónde voy y que lo que aparece en Booking sea verdad. Tuve la sensación de que había muchas cosas de relleno.

Good neighborhood but not the most walkable district, especially since I have a broken kneecap. If not for that, the walkability wouldn't be a huge problem. People who are not able to walk or climb stairs would have a difficult time, but great area and room otherwise.

Even the booking was not showing that I am checking in today, the owner allowed me to stay the night. It was so tidy even being unprepared

Nothing specific, but I would recommend everybody to call before you check in to confirm the check in

The bed was comfortable, and the room & bathroom clean and spacious. The host was very helpful too. 10/10

The fact that we only booked for one night

This is a room in a Muslim household that was not ready at 7pm when we arrived. Had to wait on the street for them to clear the room. Bathroom was shared with the family whose toiletries were scattered all over. Air con was non existent. If you arrive in a car, hunker down in the car for the night you will be more comfortable

Very quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean. Great location for access to Denver and the surrounding area.
