Os funcionários excepto o gerente que além de mal educado e arrogante não sabe vestir nem estar para a função que desempenha.

Não nos deixaram usar a piscina e restaurante do hotel. O gerente mal educado afirmou que não tinha vendido o quarto com acesso à piscina e que dava acesso quando ele queria. Não conseguimoa dormir devido a uma festa privada com uma musica horrivel até altas horas. Nem um pedido de desculpa, apenas arrogância e falta de educação.

Prachtig gelegen hotel/villa in grote mooie tuin met fraaie oprit. Ideaal voor bezoek aan Matera en Gravina. Goed verzocht ontbijt met extra aandacht door bediening.

Focus lijkt te liggen op grote evenementen/feesten. Wat minder aandacht voor hotel en daardoor hotelgasten. Voorbeeld: Zwembad was vanwege groot feest niet in gebruik voor hotelgastenl.

La doccia pessima, il soffione non si agganciava al supporto metallico attaccato al muro, l’acqua usciva con un rivolo, veramente pessima.

Le cadre est très joli Pas très loin de Gravina qui est splendide Taille de la chambre

Tout est un peu dans son jus Climatisation défaillante Petit déjeuner à l arrache Lit peu confortable Cet établissement est très orienté autour des réceptions (mariage communion…) et pas sur le client hôtelier

La Location è semplicemente MERAVIGLIOSA la stanza che ci è capitata era bellissima e spaziosa anche lo staff super accogliente e gentile

Sinceramente la colazione era troppo povera quando siamo scesi giù alle 9 non c'era quasi più niente, se posso dare un consiglio bisognerebbe fare un po più attenzione su questa cosa.

C’était tellement froid que nous n’avons pas eu envie de s’attarder pour le petit déjeuner .

Accueil extrêmement froid . C’était comme si nous n’existions pas ….malgre le luxe d’apparence .
