Era tutto perfetto

Brand new villas that are situated in a convenient quiet place, just 2 mins from the island capital (Pigadia). Parking within premises with remote control garage door. Villas are very clean and neat (cleaning lady is coming every day) and the towels are changed on daily basis. The same applies for the pool. Comfortable bed and sofa-bed which can easily host an adult (i used it for a couple of nights). Fully equipped kitchen and powerful a/c. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Pool area has 2 kinds of sunbeds with umbrella and table for having meals outside. What really makes a difference and points out how the villa is taken care to the slightest detail is that amenities offered are beyond every imagination. They even had shaving kits, portable fridge for the beach and many more!!! The strongest asset however are the hosts. Vassilis and Kaliopi (and their 2 lovely daughters) is really a good reason to remember holidays there. They made everything so easy for us there so we made new friends in Karpathos. THANK YOU!!!!!!

We’ve travelled a lot over the years and stayed in some amazing places, but nothing has ever felt quite like this. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends — the family who owns the villa is incredibly genuine, warm, and kind. You can really feel how much they care about their guests, and it makes all the difference. The villa itself had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thought through, from the practical things to the little touches that made it feel extra special. It was spotless, comfortable, and honestly felt like a home away from home. To be honest, we were a bit skeptical reading all the glowing reviews online — they almost seemed too good to be true. But now that we’ve experienced it ourselves, we get it. It’s all true. And then some. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything so right — not just the villa itself, but the warmth of the people behind it. It’s something we’ll remember for a long time, and we’re already talking about when we can come back.

New build, nice finishes, comfortable backyard with pool and traditional olive trees swaying in background. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine available for cleaning clothes and laundry drying rack. The property owners have thought of everything you may need. Even provided welcome snacks and waters. Loved our stay here.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The cleanliness was top-notch, providing a comfortable environment throughout my visit. The amenities were exceptional, particularly the pool which was cleaned daily and offered a refreshing escape after a long day! The super-fast WiFi, powered by Starlink, ensured seamless connectivity for both work and leisure. But what truly made my stay memorable was the incredible hospitality of the hosts, Kalliopi and Vasilis. Their friendliness, discretion and willingness to help with anything, created a home-away-from-home atmosphere! I highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Will definitely visit again!

Such a beautiful villa and amazing hosts. Really felt like a home away from home. The villa has everything you need and is also located in a good spot close to everything, but still in very beautiful and calm surroundings. Really recommend to stay here.

Everything was perfect! The villa is brand new and everything is of high quality! The fact that it has a private pool makes it ideal for a relaxing stay! Located very close to the center of the town but also in a quiet area! If we go back to Karpathos we will definitely stay there again! Loved it! Kalliopi Vasilis and the girls are such a great family!
