GBThe bed was very comfortable and the location very quiet. Good shower and bathroom. Large lounge And quality dining suite.
GBEverything was excellent. Very quiet environment. House was very clean. Everything needed was available. Just a bit boring due to lack of options on TV. Apart from the usual BBC, ITV etc. But apart from that, stay was really good.
It would have been good if there is more option on TV.

GBAbsolutely fabulous place to stay. Comfortable, clean and unbelievable value for money. The place is amazing. Wet room, decent sized bedroom, lovely lounge and loads of ways to stay warm with a lovely faux log fire in the lounge. Lovely host too who despite about to go out, sorted out a missing bulb in one of the lamps! I've booked to stay there again so proof that I love it!!

GBThe annex was beautifully furnished, cosy, quiet and spotlessly clean. Was a nice touch to have tea, coffee and milk provided along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. Bev was a very welcoming and helpful host. The property is in an excellent location (within walking distance of Graves Park) and we were able to park on the drive. It has a great shower and very comfortable bed.
Nothing, although would have been useful to have a washing brush or scourer to do the washing up and kitchen foil to put on the trays in the oven. In retrospect, I should have asked for these items as the host would definitely have obliged.
