Great location, comfortable suite for budget travelling. The air conditioning worked great.

The boiler broke down as we arrived at our apartment. But a lady came in to repair it, which was done in an hour.

very comfortable and well equipped apartement in a good location - excellent connection to Venice; staff helpful and answered on every question promptly

small thing- no lift but not big issue as it is on 2nd floor and we were aware of thus

"Great alternative location for Venice"

Host came to pick me up from the train station. The whole time I was in contact with them through whatsapp. It's one direct bus from the apartment to Venice.

The tourist tax was to be payed in cash.

The location was great, very close to the bus stop that takes you into Venice directly.

Bit of a quiet area, so just need to make sure shopping is done early.
